A pull back teddy boat move forward as teddy go back in the boat. Pull teddy in his lifebuoy to start the speedboat and the boat will paddle along until the bear reaches the boat again. The boat is propelled with little paddles which make cute splashes and leave a pretty wake in the water. Pull back mechanical motor.
