PAWZ will become a beloved, calming companion as his auto-adjusting light guides children though deep breathing patterns. Children will watch and follow the lighted prompts"inhaling when the light gets brighter and exhaling as the light fades. This engaging breath activity encourages children to be fully present and bring awareness to their thoughts and feelings. Includes a night-light with timer that can be set for 5, 15, or 30 minutes.
